HAND CRAFTED AT THE WINERY
Every step of the wine-making process involves the Chigurupatis’ personal touch. For instance, they decide on the exact time of harvest themselves, with Uma tasting the fruit from every plot every day, during the ripening period. The red wines are aged in authentic French oak barrels that are hand-picked by the Chigurupatis. The yeast, too, is personally selected after trials on test ferments. All these ensure that every vintage is truly unique and world-class.
